Booking and Payment:
- To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the start of your safari or tour.
- Payment methods accepted include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or cash payments in the local currency .
- Prices quoted are in the specified currency and are subject to change without notice. Any additional costs incurred during the safari or tour (e.g., park fees, optional activities) are the responsibility of the traveler and must be paid promptly.

Cancellation and Refunds:
- In the event of cancellation by the traveler, the following cancellation fees apply:
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to the start of the safari or tour: 30% of the total booking cost.
- Cancellations made within 20 days of the start of the safari or tour: No refund will be provided.
- Tanzania Extraordinary Safari reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a safari or tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest). In such cases, travelers will be offered alternative arrangements or a full refund of payments made.

Travel Insurance:
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers and is the responsibility of the individual booking the safari or tour.
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that their insurance policy covers all aspects of the safari or tour, including medical expenses, trip cancellation, and emergency evacuation.

Health and Safety:
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they are in good health and physically capable of participating in the safari or tour activities.
- Tanzania Extraordinary Safari reserves the right to deny participation to any traveler who presents a risk to themselves or others due to health or safety concerns.

Liability:
- Tanzania Extraordinary Safari acts only as an agent for the various suppliers and service providers involved in the safari or tour. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond our control.
- Travelers participate in safaris and tours at their own risk, and Tanzania Extraordinary Safari accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, or losses sustained during the safari or tour.

Code of Conduct:
- Travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly at all times during the safari or tour. Any behavior deemed disruptive or offensive to others will result in immediate removal from the safari or tour, with no refund provided.
- Wildlife should be observed from a safe distance and by the instructions of the tour guide. Feeding or harassing wildlife is strictly prohibited.
